Terms of Service
This Terms of Service Agreement is made and entered into by and between Royalworks Cleaning LLC ("Company", "we", "us", "our") and the customer ("Customer", "you", "your"). By scheduling and using our cleaning services, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. Services Provided
The Company agrees to perform cleaning services at the location specified by the Customer, as per the details provided during the booking process.
2. Service Charges
Standard Charges: The charges for the cleaning services will be based on the estimated time and scope of work agreed upon during the booking process.
3. Overtime Charges
If the cleaning service exceeds the estimated time due to unforeseen circumstances or additional requests by the Customer, a charge of $70 per hour per cleaner will be applied for the overtime.

4. Cancellation Policy
If the Customer cancels the appointment within 24 hours of the scheduled time, cancels upon arrival, is a no-show (fails to answer the door), or if the state of the home is not as described and the cleaner determines the service must be canceled, a cancellation fee of $50 will be charged.
5. Heavy Duty Conditions
If the state of the home is not as described during booking, as reasonably determined by the cleaning professional, the Company reserves the right to:

Apply a Heavy Duty Charge to account for the additional time, labor, or supplies required, or

Cancel the cleaning service, in which case the $50 cancellation fee outlined above will apply.
6. Payment Terms

Invoice Payment: Payment for the cleaning services is due within 24 hours of the completion of the service. An invoice will be provided to the Customer upon completion.

Late Payment Charges: If the payment is not received within 24 hours of the completion of the cleaning service, a late payment charge of $25 per day will be applied until the full payment is received.
7. Liability
The Company will not be held liable for any loss or damage due to circumstances beyond its control, including but not limited to accidents, natural disasters, or acts of God.
The Company will take reasonable care while performing the services, but will not be responsible for pre-existing damage or normal wear and tear.
8. Customer Obligations
The Customer must ensure that the premises are safe and accessible for the cleaning staff.
The Customer should inform the Company of any specific instructions or special requirements prior to the service.
9. Modifications to Terms
The Company reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. Any changes will be communicated to the Customer in writing and will become effective upon acceptance by the Customer.
10. Governing Law
This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the state in which the Company operates.
By scheduling and accepting our cleaning services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.
